At Engagement Rings, we want your proposal to be perfect, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard jewelry pieces. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with the security tag intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Place the ring in its original presentation box and secure it inside a shipping carton along with all original diamond grading certificates and documentation.

  Insured Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; all returns are fully insured during transit for your peace of mind.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition and stone authenticity, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
